To design and deliver high quality eLearning, Instructor Led Training (ILT) and blended learning solutions, there are a series of stages that each curriculum development project undergoes to create the right strategy for success:
The Connection® will work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) from your organization to gather applicable learning content.
The Connection® will create an instructional design that engages the desire and motivations of each learner to continue their development while focusing on behavior – enhancing tasks.
The Connection® will create an interactive course which may, based on your budget, include any or all of the following:
- Knowledge Checks/Certifications.
The Connection® will meet regularly with your SME team to ensure the design elements and interactive build-out of your training module are in alignment with project objectives.
Final review of the module by your organization prior to posting in the Learning Management System (LMS). Once approved, the module is posted and interactive learning begins!
